The SAP BW & Analytics Sr. Manager role is to strategically design, develop and implement SAP BW4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions including integration with non SAP Systems, databases and data warehouses. This includes blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BW4HANA and SAC solutions to end users.

 

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for data warehousing & BI development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and work with other technical staff to develop SAP BW & SAP SAC architecture, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.

  • Is responsible for data collaboration and communication with various stakeholders.

Operational Management

  • Direct, organize, and lead projects in the implementation and use of BI software tools and systems.

  • Lead the integration efforts for building new SAP BW4HANA data warehouse - sourcing data from disparate enterprise systems and applications both on Premises & Cloud.

  • Design, code, test, and document all new or modified BI systems, applications, and programs.

  • Develop the semantic layer, metadata, reports, and report definitions.

  • Develop graphs and portal interfaces.

  • Assist in the design of databases to ensure interoperability with DW & BI solutions.

  • Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications.

  • Produce ETL design guidelines to ensure a manageable ETL infrastructure for the BI system.

  • Work with project managers to ensure that data entry, retrieval, change, and delete functions meet business requirements for project completion.

  • Conduct job duties and responsibilities according to the organization’s business systems development methodology and its Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

    Design and deliver end-user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary.

  • Troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software; performance-tune these applications as necessary.

  • Act as evangelist for SAP BI benefits across the organization; promote SAP BI usage to relevant departments.

  • Mentor and/or provide leadership to junior members of the team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of SAP Analytics/Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse (BI/ BW) hands-on experience leading and delivering multiple full life cycle implementations.

  • Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.

  • Hands-on Experience in designing, development and implementation of SAP Analytics architecture, data modeling, transformations, custom calculations & logic, and the design and development.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience building SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) using SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, BW4HANA and other non-SAP systems as sources of data. Overall 6 to 8 years work experience delivering BI solution using reporting tools namely SAC & BOBJ.

  • Expertise / Knowledge of SAC predictive capabilities.

  • Should possess strong visualization & wire framing capability to create appealing visuals within contextual scenario.

  • Experience with SAC Administration & Security (Connection setup, User setup, Object security).

  • Experience with SAC governance model to position the solution for future reporting and analytics operations & enhancements.

  • Hands-on experience working on SAP S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics, FIORI reports, CDS Views & Calculation views.

  • Should have minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience implementing SAP BW Data warehouse projects

  • End to End Implementations expertise in SAP BW4HANA.

  • Hands-on experience on ETL tools primarily Business Objects Data Services to source data into SAP BW from SAP & non-SAP sources.

  • Expertise & knowledge of core SAP tables, fields & codes for all domains within S/4 ERP system

  • Knowledge of SAP business content, best practices, and market trends to enhance reporting and analytics.

  • Ability to work independently with business stakeholders to collect and understand requirements for reporting & analytics.

  • Full project management and software development life cycle experience.

  • Experience with data process flowcharting techniques.

  • Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

  • Actively participate in business analysis and solution design sessions.

Formal Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

We are looking for 2 Remote SysAdmin's to primarily support file share cleanup duties as well as assist with administration and support of enterprise file services in a large Data Center. This position is 100% remote.

Duties include:

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve file service access issues.

  • Perform network share cleanup tasks

  • Assist with migration efforts that include assigning NTFS permissions and/or ACLS on migrated network share(s).

  • Run PowerShell scripts to update file share permissions.

 

Required Skills

  • Experience with windows server OS

  • Experience managing groups (group policy) in Active Directory

  • Experience managing File Share server

  • Experience managing access controls

  • Experience creating / modifying / executing PowerShell scripts

Seeking a well-established Microsoft Dynamics CRM System Administrator. Will support a cloud instance of Dynamics Service with about 300 users, but mostly an on-premises instance of Dynamics 365 (9.0) Sales serving about 1800 users across all segments of the company.

Job Duties:

  • Provide full back-end system administration of on-prem Dynamics CRM (365)

  • Support v7.0 (Product, pricing, order processing, integration) 150 users

  • Work with business functional users and executives to talk through new concepts

  • Typical administration tasks and day to day support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Systems Admin experience

  • 3-5 years Dynamics CRM

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent experience (2-3 more years on the job)

  • Experience supporting dynamic services

  • Current experience with latest version of both on premise versions and Cloud versions of Dynamics CRM.
