Seeking a well-established Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for a permanent direct hire remote position.  Team supports multiple on premise and online instances of Dynamics D365 serving 2000+ users across all segments of the company. Exciting environment with multiple large projects and upgrades on-going and planned over the next 2-3 years.

 

This position includes, but is not limited to the following duties:

  • Perform all levels of development (e.g., configuration, workflows and plugins). Position will be lead developer for the team and will perform more difficult enhancements and coordinate\assist with development by other team members.

  • Experience working in a heavily customized Dynamics CRM environment (Sales and Service).

  • Collaborate with Business Analyst to prepare technical specifications based on functional customization requests. Propose design to meet business need along with associated implementation schedule and cost estimates.

  • Participate in migration and release management processes. Be able to perform other Dynamics system admin duties as needed.

  • Create technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes and recommend architecture to support new implementations and/or enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues)

  • Lead and participate in design and code reviews

  • Mentor and train other technical team members

  • Responsible for maintaining systems documentation, adhering to policies, audit and compliance standards, and formal change controls

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field of study), and a minimum of 7-10 years software development experience

  • 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience on the current CRM version

  • 6+ years of CRM development experience

  • Experience in automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Job will require ability to document processes to fellow team members and also create and present materials to a wide range of customers (individual contributors to senior executives).

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Strong understanding of IT Operational domains; such as, Networking, Windows NT, and Security.

  • Work well in a collaborative team environment

  • Ability to lead and manage large projects

Project Description:

Looking for a Deltek Cobra Configuration Specialist for a large project standing up new Cobra environments

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and run scripts

  • Setup and configure Cobra

  • Perform Ancillary and Global data migration

  • Migrate Project Data

  • Perform Validation

 

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience with Cobra

  • Experience setting up Cobra as needed 

  • Experience performing the import/export functions

  • Experience with system administration skills as it relates to the installation, maintenance and upgrade of Deltek Cobra software

  • Experience doing such in a Citrix environment

  • Functional knowledge of earned value management

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a secret clearance (must be a US Citizen)

Description: 

Experienced Enterprise Application Administrator for COTS and internally developed windows web applications with MS SQL and Oracle back-ends. Support enterprise-wide applications, web architecture, legacy applications, and software upgrades for internal use by business segments.

 

Job duties :

  • General support of 30+ Windows servers and IIS.

  • Provide technical end-user support for FLX along with other applications. 

  • Use ServiceNow and Jira to track problems and resolutions.

  • Manage, test, and deploy new software and patches.

  • Support the environments for user acceptance and regression testing.  

  • Investigate and report application, business and system problems and analyze and track the progress and resolutions.  

  • Research, analyze, and document technical alternatives. 

  • Participate in technical peer reviews.   

  • Document configuration settings and technical processes.  

  • Lead technical upgrade of small applications and databases. 

  • Apply standard IT principles, concepts, practices and techniques.

  • Provide operation and maintenance support of enterprise-wide web applications.

 

Qualifications :

  • BSMIS, BSCS, BSSE, BSIS or equivalent with 6+ years of work experience with Enterprise Applications and System Administration combined - OR - 10+ years of work experience with Enterprise Applications and System Administration combined

  • Experience with technical end-user support, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment

  • Good understanding of three-tier COTS applications (which applications administered?), internally developed software, Oracle/SQL Server databases, Windows application server tier, and web based client tier

  • Experience with writing and executing custom SQL queries against an Oracle or SQL Server database

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a secret clearance (must be a US Citizen)
