We are seeking several System Administrators for a 12 month remote project providing support to a core team of IT administrators for remote sites across the organization.  The work will be primarily revolving around Active Directory(AD) account creations, terminations and file share permissions, and AD security groups. Will work as part of a team.



Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support and maintain Server environment for over 2,500 servers across multiple forest / multi-site environment

  • Responsible for client account maintenance, remote access, file service and application access control for key business applications

  • Manage privileged user accounts, shared users accounts, and service accounts used by network services and applications, based on approved service request(s)

  • Manage file service access based on approved service request(s)

  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve ceommon software and hardware issues in a quick and efficient manner

  • Work with end users and team members to provide instruction, technical advice, and general computer support

  • Operate in a high transaction processing environment and meet defined SLAs

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience with Windows Server Administration

  • 2+ years experience as a Sys Admin in an enterprise environment

  • 5+ years experience with Active Directory

  • Experience managing the following in Active Directory:  

    • Security Roles

    • File sharing provisioning

    • Folder permissions

    • privileged & shared user accounts

    • remote access

  • Experience with Service Now Ticketing system

  • Experience with system security 

  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations
