Our approach

ERP programs don’t fail in a day—they fail in the expertise gaps. DiBell Group's project-focused model adds senior specialists exactly where skills are missing, for the window you need.

ERP Project Rescue: The Playbook

Our senior consultants bring these ERP rescue capabilities, applied only where your program needs them most.

  • Triage and fact-finding

    • Rapidly uncover scope, risks, sequencing, resourcing, and decision bottlenecks to deliver a clearer readout in days, not weeks.

  • Risk and scope reset

    • When needed, prioritize fixes, clarify ownership (RACI), tighten entry/exit criteria and stage gates, and right-size timelines to stop the bleed.

  • Embed senior leads where the gaps are

    • Provide client-side leadership to collaborate with your internal teams and SI. You interview and hand-select each consultant.

  • Stabilize, deliver, transfer knowledge

    • Support critical delivery by driving test cycles and defect burn-down, hardening cross-workstream handoffs, preparing cutover/hypercare, and upskilling your team and SI.

  • Clean roll-off

    • When applicable, transition ownership with clear exit criteria and leave a light roadmap for the next 90 days.

Where we plug in (hands-on lanes)

  • Implementation Support: OTC, PTP, R2R, Manufacturing/EWM, HCM/Payroll, Analytics. We also provide test/cutover playbooks, data migration leadership, and integration coordination.

  • Change & Training: Drive role impact analysis, targeted comms, and fit-for-purpose training for better adoption and fewer hypercare tickets.

  • Hypercare & Optimization: Orchestrate cutover, align owners and fallback, stabilize incident queues, fix root causes, and hand back steady state.

  • Targeted hypercare to reduce noise and return to steady state

Expected outcomes

  • Faster decision cycles, cleaner scope, less rework

  • Fewer escalations, clearer ownership, stronger stakeholder confidence
